Listing a home is far more than just sticking a sign in the yard and putting the home on the MLS. Instead it’s like a team sport where I’m the coach directing players (you the homeowner) and assistant coaches (my staff) and other trusted advisors (like the title company) all working together to score THE big goal - selling your home.
