What is a typical timeline to list a home (active and on the market)?

This is a great question we are asked often. The answer is it depends… In our experience, there is so much that happens behind the scenes (documents, make ready, styling/staging, photos, video, etc) before we go live PLUS the seller’s circumstances that factor into the actual date we are ready to go live. For example, will the home need minor or significant repairs? Will the homeowner move out first? And this is why we recommend scheduling a no obligation meeting with us so we can discuss your situation. As a part of our client standard of care, we create detailed timelines and craft our game plan so your home will attract highly qualified and motivated buyers.
